If your application matches what we’re looking for, someone from our recruitment team will reach out to schedule a short introductory call. This is our opportunity to let you know we’re interested in your profile—and a chance for us to get to know you a little better.
During this call, we’ll share details about the role, the team, and what you can expect from the next steps in the process.
The call typically lasts about 15–30 minutes and can be scheduled at a time that works best for you.
3. First Interview – Tell Us About Your Experience
If your profile moves forward, you’ll be invited to an interview– either in-person or online– with the hiring manager from the department you’ve applied to. This is your opportunity to walk us through your background.
We encourage you to take time to prepare—review the job description, reflect on your past work, and come ready to share real examples of what you’ve done.
4. Assessment – Show Us What You Can Do
As part of our process during the interview, many candidates will be invited to complete a technical assessment tailored to the role they’ve applied for. This helps us better understand how you approach problems, how confident you are with key concepts, and where your strengths shine.
We design these assessments based on the skills and experiences outlined in your CV—so make sure your information is honest, clear, and up to date. It’s a chance for you to put your knowledge into action.
5. Second Interview – A Deeper Discussion
Reaching this stage means we’re looking forward to getting to know you better. This second interview is designed to offer a more in-depth conversation about the role and how we might collaborate moving forward.
Whenever possible, we invite candidates to visit our office for this interview. It’s a great opportunity to see where you might be working, meet the people behind the roles, and get a feel for our workplace culture and in some cases, you may be invited to participate in a short, informal working session with the team—giving everyone a chance to experience how the collaboration flows in real time.
